Daniel started DLS Commercial Finance after a very successful career in the commercial finance and banking industries. After, a very successful start to his career at Commercial Capital Access as a commercial loan manager, he then went on to work for a local bank in the Dallas-Fort Worth area assisting and managing loans in the commercial loan industry. Thereafter, he decided he wanted to start his own commercial real estate loan brokerage to help and assist his clients get the funding they need for their commercial property. His great leadership has helped grow DLS Commercial Finance immensely since forming. Daniel has extensive and expansive knowledge in the commercial real estate finance space and has delivered for his clients time and time again. In his free time away from work, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his friends and family.

Mark joined DLS Commercial Finance in June of 2023 after a year and a half as the VP of National Accounts and Syndication at TimePayment. Mark has decades of experience in leasing, vendor relations, and syndication. He has extensive knowledge in the leasing and finance industry and his knowledge and experience will help grow and improve DLS Commercial Finance. Mark is also a Certified Leasing and Finance Professional (CLFP) which adds to his experience and knowledge in the industry. He has been invited to multiple president's clubs and has closed hundreds of millions in transactions in his long career. Mark attended the University Of Cincinnati, in his free time Mark likes to work on his home and spend time with his dogs!

Troy is a fun-loving Plott Hound, who loves to go on walks and play with his brothers and sisters. He is 4 years old and is as energetic as can be! He is a beautiful pup and is an amazing member of our family. He also loves to chase squirrels and birds in his free time!
